History
As a young and dynamic higher education and training institution on the national development path, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, which is within the body of Süleyman Demirel University, was established in 1992 and became operational on February 25, 1993. In the 1993-1994 academic year, the Department of Business Administration started education. In 1997, the department had its first graduates.
Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, as in the same type of Faculties in our country; It aims to educate people who are useful to the society and to increase their knowledge and skill level. For this purpose, it has been taken into account that students gain knowledge and skills in a wide-ranging field of social science, in which they can improve themselves and specialize in various subjects, and education and training programs are arranged according to these principles. In our age where science and technology are changing rapidly, the economic and social change process, which is accelerating, creates new and different business areas in public and private sector institutions, and there is a need for well-trained, qualified and constantly renewing human resources in these fields. Being aware of this, our faculty constantly develops and updates its programs according to the changing needs of the day.

Admission Requirements
(1) In order for the candidate to apply for a master's program, he or she must be a graduate of the undergraduate program/programs recommended by the relevant Head of the Department of Institute/Head of the Art of Institute and accepted by the EK, or be in a position
to be a graduate at the end of the application period.
(2) The ALES and foreign language requirements are not required for candidates who apply to the non-thesis master's and Head of Department of Art's master's programs.
Higher Grade Transition
Non-thesis master's program students can transfer to the thesis master's program, provided that they fulfill the minimum application requirements to the program. In this case, the courses taken in the non-thesis master's program can be counted instead of the courses in the thesis master's program with the decision of the EYK. The transition conditions to the master's program with thesis are applied according to the principles determined by the Senate.
Graduation Requirements
The non-thesis master's program must not be less than thirty credits and 60 ECTS credits. These credits consist of at least ten compulsory and elective courses and a term project course as stipulated by the Head of the Department of Institute/Head of the Art of Institute presidency. The student who successfully completes the credit courses and the term project is awarded a non-thesis master's diploma.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates of this program can work at various levels in the public and private sectors such as marketing, sales, accounting, finance, auditing and human resources.
Assessment and Grading
The student's end-of-term grade is determined by the instructor for each course taken evaluated by one of the following letter grades:

Scientific evaluation and/or interview exam and evaluation of applications: Only the graduation grade point average or the Weighted Grade Point Average of the candidate who applies to the master's programs without thesis is taken into account, and the candidate is not given a scientific evaluation and/or interview exam.

Appointment of advisor and second advisory: (1) For each student enrolled in the non-thesis master's program, the EABD/EASD Board recommends the student's advisor to the relevant institute from among the university faculty members, taking into account the previous scientific studies of the student, the field in which he/she wants to work and the advisor's preference. The advisor is appointed before the start of the semester in which the student is registered, on the dates specified in the academic calendar of the institute, with the approval of the EYK.
(2) A second advisor is not appointed in the non-thesis master's program.

Course and term project: (1) At most three of the courses to be taken by the student can be selected from the undergraduate courses upon the proposal of the advisor and the decision of the EYK, provided that they were not taken during the undergraduate education.
(2) The courses taken by the student in undergraduate are not counted towards the non-thesis master's course load and credit.
(3) The term project course is non-credit and is evaluated as successful or unsuccessful by the advisor.

Determining and changing the project study subject: (1) The student notifies the subject of the project to the institute within thirty days from the start of the semester in which he/she chooses the term project course.
(2) The student may request a change in the subject of the project, provided that he/she re-registers the project course at the beginning of the semester in which he/she will repeat the project course.

Finalization of the project course: (1) The student takes the project course in the second semester at the earliest. The data obtained in the project work is written in accordance with the Thesis/Project Writing Guide determined by the Senate.
(2) The term project must be uploaded to the Institute Student Affairs Information System on the dates specified in the academic calendar of the relevant institute by the advisor.
