History
|
Management and Organization Master Program is a graduate program with thesis which is carried out under the Süleyman Demirel University Social Sciences Institute – Business Administration Department since the fall semester of 2019-2020.

Admission Requirements
|
Candidates must have a minimum graduation degree from foreign faculties or colleges which are at least four years in Turkey and equivalent to the Higher Education Council (YÖK). In addition, they must meet the additional requirements set by the Institute and Institute Administrative Board and approved by the Senate.

Higher Grade Transition
|
Students who graduate from the program can apply to doctoral programs related to their masters degree.

Graduation Requirements
In order to pass the thesis stage, the student of the master's program with thesis must have a weighted grade point average of at least 2.00, provided that he has been successful in all the courses he has taken, and must have succeeded at least 60 ECTS credits including the seminar course. The students have to complete the program with a GPA of at least 2,00 out of 4,00 and to have 120 ECTS credits in adition to a thesis that must be defended in front of a jury.

Graduates of the program can work in various fields and administrative level in the public and private sectors.

Assessment and Grading
|
Each student must register for the courses at the beginning of the semester and must attend at least 70% of the courses in order to take the final exam. Students are subjected to at least one midterm exam, final exam and unsuccessful students take a make-up exam for each course. The contribution of the midterm exam to the success grade is 50% and the contribution of the final exam is 50%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Semester final grade is required to be at least 75 for each course. Students who get one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB) and (CB) in a course are deemed to have succeeded in that course.
